Yes. We stand behind the work that we do. If your order is wrong due to an error on our end (very rare!), let us know. We will always do whatever we can to help you resolve the problem as quickly and as effectively as possible.
If your order is wrong due to an oversight or mistake on your end (e.g., you requested the wrong product or you didn’t proof the images we sent to you) we, of course can’t accept responsibility for the error. But we’re reasonable people and we’ll still try to help get you out of a bad situation, even if we’re not able to offer an outright credit or refund.
